Senior Project Managers
Senior Project Managers typically have over 15 years of PM experience both in project management and product development. Most of our consultants have achieved PMP certification or have equivalent work experience.Our PMs are well versed in all project management and product development methodologies

Project Facilitators
Seasoned veterans with over 15 years experience able to successfully facilitate the launch of large strategic projects and programs. Through a proven systematic approach Project Facilitators will deliver: risk assessments, schedule development, Work Breakdown Structure, communication plans, roles and responsibilities matrix, action plans, and project charters. By getting started on the right foot success on your strategic projects will be dramatically improved.

Project Control Experts
Project Control Experts and metrics experts have years of experience in business process development, and control frameworks. These consultants have expertise in all industry recognized control frameworks and methodologies including: ITIL, SEI, COBIT, IDEFO, PMI, CMM and Six Sigma.

Project Management Mentors
Project Management Mentors will coach and train your existing project management staff while they work. Through close interaction with our mentors, your staff will learn by doing. Our mentors will assess each of your existing PMs resulting in a gap analysis and action plan. Our mentors will then work closely with your staff to ensure progress is being made. By having experts close by, your staff will quickly be able to correct problems and keep projects on-time and within budget.

Project Management Outsourcing
There are two basic project management outsourcing options to consider: Outsource the entire project office funciton; or Use both internal and external resources to manage projects.

Outsourcing
In this option, Sebring will install/develop, manage, and maintain the project office (an organizational center of excellence) at a program, organizational, or enterprise level. Sebring provides the project management methodology and trains internal project staff in its use. We will also recommend and implement project management software and train staff in its use. A fully trained team of skilled project managers, planners, and control personnel are supplied by us to plan, manage, and complete all projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Use of both internal and external resources to manager projects
Sebring supplies a staff of professional project managers and project control personnel as needed. Our project team serves as a mentor to your internal staff. Using a blended resource approach ensures that experts are on-hand to manage the more complex, unique, or difficult-to staff projects. In addition, your internal staff has access to coaching and mentoring from Sebring consultants. You pay only for the outsourcing staff needed.
