Sebring's Overall Philosophy
Sebring is committed to protecting our users' privacy.
This statement is meant to inform our users of how we
define, gather and utilize personally identifiable information.
Sebring will take reasonable steps to protect user privacy
consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy
and the applicable laws.
Anonymous Information
Cookies: A cookie is a small file, stored on
your hard drive, that is used to track your visits. Sebring
uses both persistent and session cookies. A persistent
cookie remains on a user's hard drive for authentication
purposes, while a session cookie is temporary file and
is only used to track a given visit. Sebring uses persistent
cookies to link visitors to their registration information
that allows our system to confirm a user's identity and
access level on the site. Sebring also uses that information
to track service selections, and save passwords to eliminate
logging in each time a user visits the site.
You can set your browser to notify you when you receive
a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not
to accept it. (However, by not accepting cookies, some
of our web pages may not display properly or you may not
be permitted to access certain information.)
Clear GIFs & Servers: We use electronic
images known as "clear GIFs" --sometimes called
"transparent GIFs", "Web bugs", or
"beacons" --that allow us to track general user
traffic patterns. Sebring also automatically receives
and records information from our servers and from your
browser, including your IP address, the time, and information
about the page you requested.
We use these tracking technologies for a variety of purposes,
including:
Sharing Information
We provide summary reports to our partners. The type of
information included in a summary report is "3,000
people looked at your information this week, and of those
people 60% clicked through to read more." Our partners
need this information to determine how to better define
and enhance their services.
Sebring discloses aggregated user statistics (for example,
25% of our users are interested in Networking) in order
to describe our services to prospective partners, and
other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
Sebring may share personal information collected when
a visitor submits data. The partner's use of that personal
information is governed by the vendor's privacy policy
and may be used for follow up by telephone, email or other
common methods. You should contact these partners directly
if you have any questions about their use of this information.
Sebring does not share any of your personally identifiable
information with any person or entity.
Opting Out
Sebring will only use your personal information for the
purposes listed above or subsequently authorized by you.
Please contact us at privacy@sebringsystems.com or 918.877.4410
if you discover that your personal information is being
used in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
If you do not want your Subscriber Information transferred
to a Content Provider or Partner, do not access the Content.
If you want your Subscriber Information deleted from the
Sebring database, please contact us at privacy@sebringsystems.com
or 918.877.4410. Personal information provided to us by
you is, however, subject to disclosure pursuant to any
applicable laws.

This site contains links to other Web sites. Sebring is
not responsible for the privacy practices or the content
of those sites. We encourage our users to be aware of
this when they leave our site and urge them to review
the privacy statements of each Web site that collects
personally identifiable information. The privacy statement
applies solely to information collected by this site.
Security
Sebring has implemented reasonable security measures to
protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized
access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our employees
have been made aware of and are accountable for compliance
with our privacy policy.
Business Transfers
If all or part of Sebring is sold, merged or otherwise
transferred to another entity, the Personal Information
and Activity Data that you have provided to us may be
transferred as part of that transaction. In these circumstances,
Sebring will take steps to ensure that the personal information
is used by its successor in a manner that is consistent
with the Sebring User Agreement in effect at the time
Sebring received the information.
Amendments
Sebring may modify or amend this policy from time to time.
If we make any material changes in the way in which your
personal information is collected from you, we will notify
you of these changes by e-mail.
